Hi, I’m Kristin - Mother, Wife, and Certified Postpartum Doula.
All my life I've felt a calling to help others. This led me to pursue a degree and career as a school counselor working primarily with teens and young adults. After the birth of my two children, I experienced firsthand how much care and support families need during the postpartum period. Pregnancy, giving birth, and becoming a mother has reshaped me in more ways imaginable.
As your postpartum doula, I offer heart-centered and hands-on support during your transition from pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. My care is trauma aware and non-judgemental. I help you find the balance between new motherhood and self-care, supporting you to thrive. I listen deeply and will hold space for you. I believe that forming a relationship of trust is the foundation of our work together.
